Recurrence/Progression:Using expression data for 63 recurrent or progressive tumors from 55 patients for which the corresponding initial tumor was also profiled, a paired differential test between recurrent/progressive and initial tumor groups was carried out for each gene. In some cases, the global averages between progressive/recurrent and initial tumor groups may appear not significant by box plot, while the paired differences on average are statistically significant by the paired analysis.
